Wild About Books Kit© (for Preschoolers and Early School-aged)

The Wild About Books GLU Kit was developed to nurture children's early passion for learning, instill in them a strong love of literature and reading, and help guarantee their success in school and in life. Kit includes the books Wild About Books, A Family of Poems, and Once Upon A Time as well as information sheets covering the importance of reading aloud to children, read aloud do's and dont's, nurturing a love for reading, helping emergent readers, and early writing. Activity ideas ensure children carry a love for learning with them wherever they go, encourage the use of literature to stay connected with family and friends, and help children find comfort in literature. Designed for young children, preschool through second grade.
